My stay at Kathmandu Aagantuk Hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was fantastic and the gardens were lovely, the service left much to be desired. I faced significant issues with noise and unhelpful staff, especially at breakfast, which was chaotic and poorly organized.

I had an amazing stay at Kathmandu Aagantuk Hotel. The location was perfect-just a minute's walk from the bustling Thamel but tucked away enough to be peaceful. The staff, especially Abhi, provided really good service that made me feel right at home. The only downside was the airport pickup situation, which could've been smoother, but overall, the experience more than made up for it.
